We will help you choose your cheese, meats and accompaniments that fit your event, theme and budget. Some of the cheeses and meats available are listed at the bottom of this page. Unless noted as a wedge or other form, we generally provide cracker cuts of the cheeses which, while more labor intensive to create, provide a better appearance and a pleasant tasting experience. But if you prefer cubes or a block, just let us know.
Our trays are reasonably prices by the retail cost of the items and a minor charge for the disposables. We prefer at least 24 hours notice, but for trays for less than 25 people, we will make them on the spot if possible.
Cheeses include: Amish Butter Cheese, Asiago Fresca, Aged Irish Cheddar (wedge), Bellavitano – any variety (wedge/cubed chunks), Big Ed’s Gouda (wedge), Cognac Fig Chevre, Cotswold, Danish Blue, Farmer’s Cheese, French Brie (wedge), Gouda Loaf, Gruyere, Gorgonzola (wedge), Guggisberg Mild Swiss, Guggisberg Baby Swiss, Havarti, Havarti Dill, Horseradish Cheese, Huntsman (wedge), Jarlsberg, Marble (CoJack) , Mild Cheddar, Mobay (wedge), Muenster, Pearl Valley Colby, Pepper Jack, Poacher’s Cheddar, Point Reyes Blue (wedge), Point Reyes Toma, Red Leicester, Smoked Gouda, Smoked Swiss, Smoked Mild Cheddar, Sweet Fire Chevre, Wensleydale with Cranberries (wedge), Yogurt Cheese with Veggies.
Seasonal Cheeses: Cahill’s Irish Porter Cheddar, Red Dragon, Blue Shropshire, Five Counties Cheddar.
Meats include: Applewood Smoked Ham, Black Forest Ham, Capicola, Chicken Breast, Chorizo (Dry Spanish-style), Corned Beef, Finnochiona, Genoa Salami, Hard Salami, Hot Capicola, Lebanon Bologna, Pan-Roasted Turkey Breast, Pastrami, Pepperoni, Prosciutto di Parma, Roast Beef, Smoked Peppered Turkey, Sopressata, Sweet Lebanon Bologna.
