Greater Panzanella Salad

This traditional salad is a great appetizer or side dish during the summer!  We highly recommend going to your local Farmers’ Market to get fresh ingredients!

INGREDIENTS

1 Tribeca Bakery Pane de Casa, torn up into bite sized pieces
2 pints Cherry Tomatoes, halved, or 3 Heirloom Tomatoes, cut into small wedges
1/2 Red Onion, thinly sliced
1 package Belgioioso Mozzarella Pearls
2 cloves Fresh Garlic, Minced
1/3 c, DeMassimo’s Olive Oil
1 jar Divina Castelvetrano Olives, halved
3 leaves Fresh Basil, torn into small bits
2 tsp Ritrovo Organic Tomato Balsamic Vinegar
Salt and Pepper, to taste

DIRECTIONS

Once all your ingredients are prepared as specified, place the Bread, Tomatoes, Mozzarella, Onions, Olives, Garlic, and Basil, and mix gently.  Add the Olive Oil and Vinegar to the mixture and toss gently.  Chill for 1 hour before serving.

1 Red Onion
1 bunch Fresh Basil
1 head Garlic
