Life’s A Peach Flatbread

For a light and delicious summertime meal that can either be cooked on the grill or the oven, try this delicious and sweet flatbread with a little kick!

 

INGREDIENTS:

 

1 package (8 pieces) Naan flatbread

1 jar Stonewall Hot Pepper Peach Jam

1 lb Pearl Valley Gouda, shredded

1 lb Streb’s Hickory Smoked Ham, thinly sliced and rough chopped

1/4 – 1/2 of a red onion, thinly sliced and separated

 

DIRECTIONS:

 

Preheat oven to 400°F, or light your grill and let it warm up.  Spread each Naan with a light layer of Hot Pepper Peach Jam.  Top each flatbread with ham and onion.  Sprinkle cheese evenly on top.  Bake directly on oven racks or a pizza stone, or on your grill (on indirect heat), for 8-10 minutes.  Cut and enjoy with your favorite summertime beverage.
